The 70th GMDS Annual Meeting in Jena will cover topics such as modern study designs, routine data, standards in healthcare and the use of artificial intelligence in the healthcare sector. A particular focus will be on the question of how AI influences medical care and how we can make progress towards a ‘learning healthcare system’.

The 2nd DGAI Jahreskongress will take place from 17 to 19 September 2025 in Kassel under the motto ‘Daring to innovate – shaping the future’. The focus will be on the exchange of the latest scientific findings, practice-relevant topics, the promotion of young talent and the greater integration of the healthcare professions. New formats and meeting spaces are intended to strengthen interdisciplinary dialogue and promote the team concept. The INFORMATIK FESTIVAL 2025 in Potsdam focuses on open access and processes in the increasingly digitally networked world and highlights how openness and transparency promote innovation in technology, research and collaboration. The festival also offers an extensive programme on current topics such as artificial intelligence, data science, digital health and more, in cooperation with other partner conferences.

MEDICA in Düsseldorf is one of the world’s largest B2B trade fairs for medical technology and healthcare and will once again bring together international experts from 17 to 20 November 2025. With over 5,000 exhibitors from 72 countries and 80,000 visitors, it presents innovations in areas such as medical imaging, diagnostics, health IT and orthopaedic technology. The trade fair is complemented by an extensive programme of specialist forums, conferences, product presentations and award ceremonies.
