DISTANCE:PRO is one of several Digital Hubs under the Medical Informatics Initiative (MII), which aim to develop exemplary solutions for the transfer of digital innovations into regional healthcare and to optimise them in practice. Like the MII, the DigiHubs are funded by the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space (BMFTR).
